How often should I get Biofeedback?
It is important to understand that as we are re-training our body's response to stressors, we need to give our cells time to process the change. Clients are advised that at least seven day intervals should pass before another training session.

How many sessions do I need?
This is perhaps the most common question. As this is not a means to treat, diagnose or cure any physical or emotional state of disease, we cannot look at stress reduction and muscle re-training as fixed and limited in the number of sessions to attain the desired effect. Our own bodies respond to the energetic training at different speeds based on their overall general health and lifestyle factors. Many of my clients have great benefits with just a single session while others like to do follow up sessions every other month. I respect that everyone's situation is unique.

What are the side effects?
The most common side effect is a sense of calm and well being! As with any therapy that involves the manipulation of energy (such as massage, chiropractic or acupuncture) the body may release toxins. It is important to drink a lot of fluids, especially clear pure water. Rarely, a client will complain of feeling slightly achy in the hours after a session. Those clients are advised to increase their fluid intake as this is a reaction to the release of toxins from the body - which is a good sign! A few clients have reported a slight metallic taste in their mouth - this too is a sign of toxins being released. Some clients may feel tired and desire to sleep. This is an indication that the body needs time to heal and recharge its batteries. Upon waking, the client will feel energized, but calm.
